The Shoprider Verona powerchair enables the user to achieve a very high degree of independence, and is very manoeuvrable and is able to turn in its own length. The joystick control is accurate and sensitive and can be fitted for either right or left hand use. A Captain seat is provided for security and comfort, and the large 10 inch / 25cm pneumatic tyres provide a very positive feel. This model is fitted with Curb Skippers as standard to overcome up to 3 inch / 8cm kerbs with ease. The two six inch front castors rotate through 360 degrees enabling it to access even the smallest spaces with ease. An on board charger is supplied as standard. With the foot plate in the up position and with the seat removed this model can be easily transported in a car boot. It weighs just 180lbs / 82Kg with the batteries fitted.
