With that in mind we created our "White Glove Service", our complete delivery and installation package for mobility equipment.

The elements that make up this service include:

• Delivery of the item into your home
• Unpacking
• Full familiarisation
• Demonstration
• Carton removal

Then, our experienced delivery team will demonstrate the scooter or powerchair for you, and they will not leave until you are completely happy with the operation of the product.

All electric scooters and powerchairs are normally delivered and installed within 7 working days. However, it is not unusual for the product to be with you within 2 working days. This service is recommended for all larger items, and is available for only £45, including VAT. Please contact us for more details.
